All of our Sassy Bee balms contain natural ingredients and are highly concentrated with no water content so a little goes a long way. The balms are hand made by me in my studio and all my cosmetic beeswax products have individual Cosmetic Product safety reports (CPSR) and are registered with the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS). Our packaging is fully recyclable, many of our ingredients are organic and every item cosmetic grade and responsibly sourced.

Return and refund
If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us!
All items must be returned in original, unused condition to receive a refund.
For example, if you want to return hand balm it must be returned unopened. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the items that you wish to return.
We must receive items within 28 days of purchase. Postage is non-refundable. All return costs are to be paid for by the buyer.
Shipping Information
Small parcels (under 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail.
Large parcels (up to 20kg) will be sent by Parcelforce Express 48 for a fully tracked service.
