Our Paw Balm is made from locally produced Beeswax which i purchase in its raw original state and i then use the trational method of filtering the beeswax by melting it through cheesecloth to filter out all the imputities.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us!
All items must be returned in original, unused condition to receive a refund.
For example, if you want to return hand balm it must be returned unopened. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the items that you wish to return.
We must receive items within 28 days of purchase. Postage is non-refundable. All return costs are to be paid for by the buyer
Postage
Small parcels (under 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail.
Large parcels (up to 20kg) will be sent by Parcelforce Express 48 for a fully tracked service.
