We all love to keep a special place for our memories be in wedding, baby or life memoriesEvery memory box we do at the Crafty Colletts is unique to you. Each box is painted white in top quality paint with a decopaged image and wording of your choice in a variety of colours to chose from.
We keep in touch with you throughout the whole process to make sure you are happy with the chosen image and the font used and we do not continue until you have checked all the details are correct.

Returns and Refunds
Refund policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us!
All items must be returned in original, unused condition to receive a refund.
For example, if you want to return paint, it must be returned unopened. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the items that you wish to return.
We must receive items within 28 days of purchase. Postage is non-refundable. All return costs are to be paid for by the buyer.
Please let us know if you wish to return furniture within 14 days. Then, please return the item within 28 days using a fully insured furniture courier.
The return courier costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Should an item be returned with damage or having been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Customised and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Shipping Information
Small parcels (under 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail.
Large parcels (up to 20kg) will be sent by Parcelforce Express 48 for a fully tracked service.
